Q: Are your tents clean?
A:  Our tents are professionally cleaned by a tent laundry company.  We also maintain our tents on-site, if necessary.

Q:  What comes with the tent rental?
A: Our tents come with lights and side walls.  Several light fixtures are available.  Call us for more details!  All side walls are clear vinyl siding.

Q:  When do you install the tent?
A: Most events are over the weekend, so tents are usually installed on Thursdays and Fridays before the event and are typically taken down on Mondays.  Weather permitting!  We will make special arrangements for surprise parties.  Make sure to notify us that an event is a surprise so we may be discreet!

Q:  What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?
A: Pole tents have center poles and stakes along the perimeter of the tent.  Preferably, they are installed on grass areas, but they can also be installed on black top.  Frame tents are free standing self-contained structures.  These tents have stakes on the corners and no center poles.  Frame tents can be placed anywhere; decks, patio areas...on almost any surface!
